We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our solar power plant team. The ideal candidate will have experience in power plant operations and a strong understanding of electrical systems and controls. As the Operations Manager, you will be the de facto plant manager, lead the operations staff, and manage all aspects of operation and maintenance of the solar power plant. You will ensure that all plant activities are carried out in a safe and complaint manner in accordance with company policy.
