Busitema University Signs an MOU with Chongqing Medical and Pharmaceutical College

Busitema University has signed an MOU with Chongqing Medical and Pharmaceutical College(CQMPC) in Chongqing, China. Vice Chancellor Professor Paul Waako signed on behalf of Busitema University and University President Professor Liu Yongsheng signed on behalf of CQMPC. The signing on behalf of Busitema University was witnessed by Dr Charles Muweesi, Assistant Director-Directorate of Institutional Advancement, Dr Samuel Baker Obakiro- Head of Department Pharmacology, Dr Richard Oriko and Ms Brenda Nakazibwe from STI-OP. Witnessing on behalf of CQMPC was H.E Ping (Vice President), Professor Tang Qian- Dean School of Pharmacy. The agreement will kick start the training of pharmacy programs at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Mbale (Bachelors of Pharmacy and Masters of Pharmacology). The two institution appreciated the step taken and thanked all the parties that have supported this development
