14th Guild Leadership Training and Induction Workshop
Theme: Redefining Guild Leadership: Rendering Extra-Ordinary Service and Contributing to Institutional Change
The leadership training is an annual event meant to equip Guild Leaders with necessary skills during their tenure in office. It's organized by the 14th Guild under the leadership of H.E. Owera Emmanuel, the Guild president. The participants are the Guild Executives(IGRC),Inter Campus Guild Representative Council(ICGRC),and the entire leadership of games union totaling to roughly 130 leaders.
During the event the leaders are sworn into office by the Office of the Dean of Students. The training will be facilitated by the staff from the Office of the Dean of Students and The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Paul Waako will grace the function.
