Busitema Vice-Chancellor, and Top Management Inception meeting with STI-OP Grant Winners

Busitema University Vice-Chancellor and Members of Top Management, Deans of Faculties, and the Director, Graduate Studies, Research and Innovations held a blended inception meeting with nine (9) Science, Technology and Innovation- Office of the President (STI-OP) grant winners, 2023, including Dr. Moses Kigozi, Dr. Emirant Amabayo, Dr. Richard Oriko, Dr. Richard Cliffe Ssenyunzi, Dr. Turyasingura Godfrey, Dr. Gavamukulya Yahaya, Dr. Humphrey Okechi, Dr. Samuel Baker Obakiro, and Prof. Kant Kanyarusoke. During the meeting, the Vice-Chancellor noted that "In view of the magnitude and centrality of these grants in advancing research outcomes in the university, it is imperative that all stakeholders come together to provide insight into how best the grants can be utilized to achieve maximum benefits ..." The inception meeting took place on Monday 3rd July 2023 and started at 10:00 am in the Busitema Campus Boardroom. The Venture Leaders presented briefs about their project.
