Busitema University is a multi-campus Public University located in Eastern Uganda. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill vacant positions at the University. Interested persons who meet the requirements should submit 3 sets of applications duly signed together with detailed Curriculum Vitae with names of three referees, Academic Certificates and Transcripts and copies of Appointment Letters, 3 recent passport photographs in envelopes addressed to the University Secretary, Busitema University, P.O. 1. A PhD in Textile Engineering from a recognized Institution of higher learning.
2. Master of Science in Textile Engineering from a recognized Institution of higher learning.
3. Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field from a recognized Institution of higher learning. d) Three (3) years of University teaching experience at Senior Lecturer level in the relevant area. e) Four (4) recognized publications in the area of specialization, two (2) of which as the First/Corresponding/ Senior author.
4. Supervision of three (3) Graduate Students at Masters or PhD level. g) Evidence of contribution to Community
5. Must be having a running full time appointment/ contract with the University at the time of
