Busitema University today held a workshop on midterm review of the strategic plan for the period 2020-25. The workshop was facilitated by Mr Vicent Operemo, Manager Strategic Planning at the National Planning Authority and Mr Maxwell Odongo Planner at the Authority. The workshop was officiated by the Vice Chancellor Prof. Paul Waako and attended by all the University Management, Deans, Heads of Department, and Staff Leaders.

Busitema University Fund (SMC) Limited is a company limited by guarantee under the sole ownership of Busitema University Council. Busitema University (BU) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with South African National Space Agency (SANSA) on 22 nd July 2022 in support of a collaborative space science research. Eng. The Busitema University Convocation held a mentorship session with final year students of Busitema University on Saturday 3rd December 2022. The Finalist Work-Mentorship Seminar was held in conjunction with the International Youth Fellowship. This was officiated by the Ag.Deputy Vice Chancellor(F&A) Dr Biira Saphina. The Convocation Chairperson Eng. Badru Musinguzi emphasized the role of mentorship in work preparation.
