Provisional Appeals / Supplementary Admissions List is out. The Final List Shall Be Ready On Thursday, 17th Aug 2023. Admission Letters Shall Be Ready For Picking Starting On Tuesday, 22nd Aug 2023. 

Busitema University seeks to recruit a creative, knowledgeable, and accomplished academic leader, with strong multi-disciplinary relationships and experiences, to serve as the First Deputy Vice Chancellor in-charge of Academic Affairs (DVCAA). The DVC-AA is a senior academic and administrative appointment. The incumbent shall assist the Vice Chancellor to provide leadership towards the University Vision and to lead the University-wide strategic and operational efforts to support and enhance academic life and promote academic excellence.

The Second Deputy Vice Chancellor (Finance and Administration) (DVC-FA) shall assist the Vice Chancellor in the performance of his or her functions and in that regard shall oversee the finances and administration of the University. The DVCFA shall be responsible for the planning and development of the University.

Busitema University is a multi-campus Public University located in Eastern Uganda. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill vacant positions at the University. Interested persons who meet the requirements should submit 3 sets of applications duly signed together with detailed Curriculum Vitae with names of three referees, Academic Certificates and Transcripts and copies of Appointment Letters, 3 recent passport photographs in envelopes addressed to the University Secretary, Busitema University, P.O. Mahathi Infra Uganda has agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding with Busitema University to foster the development of the Maritime Institute. This decision was made during a courtesy visit of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Paul Waako, in the company of the University's Top Management Team, the Director of Maritime Institute, Prof. Waiswa Wilson Mwanja, and Maritime technical staff on Thursday, July 28, 2023.
